The second leg of the trip: the SEC-Austrade China Delegation Program — the Australian National Pavilion in Beijing, followed by executive site visits working south to Shanghai.
Day 1 — Monday 22 June · Beijing
Austrade session at the Australian National Pavilion.
Day 2 — Tuesday 23 June · Beijing
- AM — VIP booth tours: curated visits to six key exhibitors with expert briefings.
- PM — Site visit: Xiaomi EV smart manufacturing.
Day 3 — Wednesday 24 June · Beijing → Xuzhou
- AM — Site visit: State Grid — engagement with infrastructure leaders.
- PM — High-speed rail Beijing → Xuzhou (~3 hrs); evening check-in.
Day 4 — Thursday 25 June · Xuzhou → Suzhou
- AM–noon — Executive site visit: XCMG Group (industrial & mining decarbonisation).
- PM — High-speed rail Xuzhou → Suzhou (~3 hrs); evening check-in.
Day 5 — Friday 26 June · Suzhou → Nantong → Shanghai
- AM — Executive site visit: Windrose, Suzhou (zero-emissions heavy trucking).
- Noon — Coach Suzhou → Nantong (~2 hrs).
- PM — Executive site visit: Sigenergy (new storage manufacturing hub).
- Evening — Mission concludes; transfer to Shanghai Pudong (PVG) for departures.
